Accompanied by TV host Andy Cohen, SJP appeared from her brownstone house and followed him out the door.

Before taking a very grandiose walk down the stairs, the actress and shoe designer turned around to kiss one of her twins, not forgetting her most important role – mum.

Wearing an insanely tall gold ornate crown, her Dolce and Gabanna Alta Moda gown was obviosuly fit for a queen. The Queen of hearts that is.
