Internet divided over Simone and Josh's I'm A Celeb relationship

The one thing I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! viewers love is a good jungle romance.

This year there has been a lot of talk over jungle hotties Simone Holtznagel and Josh Gibson's relationship. Are they or aren't they?

And it seems Simone friendzoning Josh on Tuesday night's I'm A Celeb has divided the internet even further over their blossoming, or not-so-blossoming, 'romance'.

To catch you up to speed, during a segment of 'Jungle Radio', former contestant Steve Price chatted to Simone about her relationship with Josh.

The model was shown an article about her mum, Margaret Holtznagel, discussing Simone and Josh potential romance.

"Is your mum right?" Steve asked.

"No! Josh and I are like brother and sister," the 24-year-old said. "That is the biggest fake news story."

However, Josh's face just said it all.

And it is just that which has left social media divided over the status of the pair's relationship.

Many were not convinced about Simone's statement that the pair were just like 'brother and sister'.


One even pointed out - and rightly so - that the cameras don't lie.

However, some seemed to agree their relationship was purely 'platonic'.

And others seemed to note Josh's heartbreak (which we totally saw too) after Simone's 'brother and sister' admission.

Does this mean the 'love' is just one-sided?




We're in denial. Josh and Simone are going to happen and they are going to fall in love.

They're too cute together not to.
